Happy Thanksgiving from ME & Blue

This photo was taken a few years ago of me and my sister, Blue in Thomastown, Ireland.  We introduced her Irish friends to the concept of this holiday and they loved it.  They didn't quite understand, it, but they loved the potluck that we threw and the fab music at Murphy's Pub.  Happy Thanksgiving!  XO, M.E. 

Collage inspiration from my sister, Blue

My sister, Blue lives in Thomastown, Ireland in a small cottage.  She is a hair dresser by profession, a hippie housewife on her days off.  She keeps herself inspired in many ways.  This collage board hangs in her bedroom.  I find that simply posting images of things that inspire you, photos of places or faces that you like, and being surrounded by what you love makes all of the difference.  For more collage inspiration, check out Amy Tangerine's blog.  She's not only an LA based t-shirt designer, but a collage and scrap book expert.  Her blog rocks!

countdown to vacation...

I'm leaving soon for vacation.  London and then Ireland, to see my sister Blue.    I'm just hoping for a week of nothing but green hills, wellie boots, and cold beer.  Taking chilly walks on the coast with my sister and her dog, Sallie (shown) and her husband, Kevin.  And of course...plenty of quality time with my honey, Dave.
