My sister, Blue, and my mom, Mary-Blue just went to Chicago for a few days. My sister has been spending quality time with my elderly grandparents, and took a break to work on perfecting her hair cutting skills at the famed Vidal Sassoon Academy.
They stayed at the fun Sax Hotel, and enjoyed the wintery weather, a trip to the Art Institute of Chicago, and even a trip to the Chicago Diner (hello, vegan!) to appease my sister's cravings. Wish I was there. I'll have to watch Ferris Bueller's Day Off again to at least get glimpse inside of the Art Institue. XO, M.E.
