Austin dresses

Austin dresses have arrived, named after my friend, Vivienne Austin.

I met Vivienne in 1995 when we both started working at Mother's Work (now Destination Maternity) on the same day. We had both moved from NYC to Philadelphia and had a ton of fun in our new town. We went for fun evenings to the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and silly outings to Atlantic City at the Jersey Shore.

Since then, Vivienne has relocated back to her native London and worked on her V Rising and Sea Sirens lines of clothing. I saw her last fall for a fun evening at the Hempel...check her out!

I was inspired by the sassy dress she was wearing. The Austin style at ME & Blue is updated to wrap just under the bust for the most flattering fit. $88. In colorful stripes (below) or solid black. More color ideas are in the works!
